Principal
Dana Chun is the founder and Principal of DC Commercial Group. She brings 25 years in business, the last 10+ years in commercial real estate.
Before commercial real estate, Chun spent eight years in retail management, independently running businesses up to $70 million with teams as large as 340 people, and held earlier roles in direct marketing operations at AIG and in foreign translation and subsidiary rights sales at Random House.
She is also a Co-Founder, Operating Partner & Broker of Record of Clarity Operational Partners, a boutique property management firm; she stepped back from operations in July 2025 and currently serves as an equity partner.
Chun is available to attorneys as a consulting and testifying expert in commercial real estate disputes. She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Fordham University and a BA from New York University. She is a licensed Texas real estate broker.
DC Commercial Group is a Dallas–Fort Worth commercial real estate firm practicing brokerage, investment, and land development. The firm participates directly in the market it advises on, as broker, buyer, seller, investor, and developer.
